Meet Our Staff

Bill is the Vice-President and Co-Founder of CrossStone Insurance. Bill previously worked in the fields of finance and investment banking and managed investments, insurance and operations for a private family office. Bill is a graduate of Milligan College. He is active in his church and serves on the Milligan College Investment Committee. He, his wife and three children reside in Johnson City, Tennessee.

Stacy Ivester is the President and Co-Founder of CrossStone Insurance. He has owned and managed numerous businesses over his 20+ year professional career and can uniquely relate to the insurance needs of fellow business owners. Stacy is a graduate of East Tennessee State University. He is active in his church and in the community. He, his wife and two children reside in Piney Flats, Tennessee.

Michelle is a Customer Service Representative and Agent with CrossStone Insurance. Michelle focus on personal lines, health insurance, and Medicare. Michelle brings over 10 years of insurance experience to CrossStone and brings a servants heart to work everyday.

Beth runs the operations and support functions for CrossStone Insurance. Beth has experience in accounting and bookkeeping and is a true asset to our company. Beth is active in her church and she, her husband and two children live in Bluff City, Tennessee.

Clayton is a graduate of East Tennessee State University. He enjoys all things sports. He has a passion for helping for helping people and serving his community. He is an active member in his church. He and his wife reside in Piney Flats, TN.
